- Delivery Method
All course materials, access codes, video lessons, and digital resources are delivered instantaneously or nearly so via email or through your LearnAmaze account dashboard. There is no physical shipment. - Delivery Timeline
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your access credentials, course links, and any downloadable resources—typically within 5–10 minutes. In rare cases (e.g. payment verification or system delay), it may take up to 24 hours. - Access & Downloads
You may log in at any time to access your courses 24/7. Any downloadable PDFs, worksheets, or templates will be accessible from your course dashboard. You may download them to your device and retain them indefinitely. - Failed Delivery / Non-receipt
If you do not receive the access email, please check your spam/junk folder. If still not found, contact us at info@learnamaze.com with your name, transaction ID, and registered email. We will resend your access within 24 hours. - Refunds & Cancellation
